    SPONSORSHIP GUIDELINES:

  • Please contact Charles Brownstein by email: cbrownst@cnri.reston.va.us or tel: 703.620.8990 directly to discuss sponsorship.
  • Any company is welcome and encouraged to apply for sponsorship; EPF reserves the right to refuse an application.
  • Companies accepted for sponsorship will be notified and invoiced upon reciept of applicaiton. Sponsorship will be effective upon reciept of payment.
  • Invoices must be paid in full 60 days prior to an event.
  • Materials to be displayed must be submitted for approval 30 days prior to an event.
  • Sponsors providing demos must submit a description of the demo for approval 30 days prior to the event.
  • Any signage to be displayed at the sponsor's table must not exceed 5' x 3' and must be provided to EPF 7 days prior to an event.
  • Any materials/copies etc. to be displayed are to be provided and managed by the sponsor.
